These Terms & Conditions S7 Gamer Applies to the platform (https://s7gamer.app) and all associated services. The platform is operated by S7 Gamer Ltd., licensed by the Curaçao eGaming Authority (License No.: 8048/JAZ).

Reading and accepting these terms is mandatory for all users. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These terms have been written in Bangla for the convenience of Bangladeshi users. In the event of any interpretive conflict, the original English version shall prevail.

Governing Law: This agreement is governed by international gaming regulations and the rules of Curaçao. S7 Gamer Services are not provided to residents of countries where online gaming is prohibited by law, including Bangladesh.

Account Registration & Eligibility

S7 GamerTo open an account on , the following conditions must be met:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to verify your age.
  • You must provide accurate and truthful personal information — providing false details will result in account termination.
  • Only one account is permitted per person, family, household, or IP address.
  • A mobile number or email address can only be linked to one account.
  • Keeping the account password confidential is entirely the user's responsibility.
Creating multiple accounts will result in the closure of all associated accounts, and any funds held may be forfeited. This S7 Gameris part of our strict policy.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification: For withdrawals above a certain threshold, you may be asked to provide a national ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawals will be held until KYC verification is complete.

  • Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit — requests via a different method are generally not approved.
  • Withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met.
  • The daily withdrawal limit is ৳1,00,000 (separate limits apply for VIP members).
  • There are no processing fees for deposits or withdrawals — however, third-party bank charges may apply.
Where fraudulent transactions or money laundering is suspected S7 Gamer reserves the right to freeze any transaction and report it to the relevant authorities.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

S7 GamerThe following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotional offers from -. Individual promotions may carry their own additional terms.

  • To claim the welcome bonus, your first deposit must be at least ৳500.
  • Bonus funds are generally subject to a wagering requirement of 30 to 50 times.
  • Slots contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; Live Casino table games typically contribute 10–20%.
  • If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of claiming a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
  • Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or device will be considered invalid and may be cancelled.
  • S7 Gamer reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
The maximum withdrawal limit on winnings from bonus balance is specified in each offer — typically 5x the bonus amount or ৳10,000, whichever is lower.

Betting Rules

Applicable to Sports Betting, Live Casino, and slots games S7 Gamerhas its own specific rules.

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — except through in-play cashout.
  • If a match is cancelled for any reason, all related bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
  • S7 Gamer reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
  • The minimum bet is ৳50; maximum bet limits vary by event and market.
  • Any bets placed to exploit clearly incorrect odds (manifest errors) will be voided.
  • Betting on opposing sides of the same match simultaneously (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.
Odds in live betting change very rapidly. If the odds shift between the time you confirm a bet and when it is processed, the updated odds will apply.

Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any of the following activities S7 Gamer Reserves the right to take immediate action, including account closure and fund forfeiture:

  • Operating multiple accounts or accessing another person's account.
  • Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
  • Intentionally placing low-risk bets to circumvent bonus conditions (bonus hunting).
  • Using the platform after initiating a chargeback to reclaim funds.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
  • Placing sports bets using insider information.
  • Attempting to interfere with or compromise the platform's security systems.

Account Closure & Termination

  • If fraud is proven, deposited funds may be forfeited.
  • Any bonus balance will be forfeited upon account closure; however, your original deposit will be returned.
  • If you voluntarily close your account, your remaining balance will be returned to your verified identity.

Limitation of Liability

S7 Gamer Strives to provide uninterrupted service, but acknowledges certain limitations:

  • Liability is limited for losses caused by technical errors, server downtime, or internet disruptions.
  • S7 Gamer is not liable for any losses caused by issues with a user's own device or internet connection.
  • We are not liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure events — including natural disasters or cyberattacks.
  • The platform is not liable for any financial losses resulting from gaming.
For any claim against S7 Gamer, the maximum compensation is limited to the total amount you deposited in that calendar month.
